Welcome to The Albert

On Kingston Hill, right by Richmond Park and Norbiton station, our pub is a striking Victorian building which dates back to 1855. We’re famous for traditional pub classics, Sunday roasts and a well poured pint.

If our excellent food, great location and cosy atmosphere, isn’t enough reason to pop down to the pub, we also have plenty on! Including our buzzing pub quiz and much more!

We’re having a refurb!

Yes ladies and gentlemen, the time has finally come, and boy are we excited. Our doors are shut and the builders will be completely revamping our pub over the next 6 weeks. Think dark, smokey woods and low lighting (That’s right, we’re going trad).

We will have plenty of updates for you over the next few months, including food that’ll make your mouth drool, so make sure you keep your eyes peeled here, or for even more updates, on our Instagram or Facebook.

Best pub in Kingston – June 2024

My partner and I visit the Albert regularly. We love coming to have a drink and even food occasionally. The Sunday roast is to die for. Katie serves us most often and she is always friendly and makes us feel most welcome. Thank you. (Rebecca S)

We went to The Albert to watch a football match with friends. They had a party downstairs, but the service was impeccable. We ordered food and it was brought to us within 15 minutes. The Albert burger was very juicy, one of the best burgers I had in years. I will definitely go back! (Mauro G)

Love The Albert. Both fish & chips, SBD place and jersey royals were excellent. The staff are really lovely, very accommodating, not intrusive, always helpful. Definitely coming back. (Mateen G)

After finishing a lovely walk around Richmond park we found ourselves at The Albert for a Sunday lunch. The beer garden is great and the food even better. Our waitress Athena was also very helpful with questions about the menu. (Cameron)
