FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes! We love dogs as much as we like people. Please ask a member of the team for a bowl of water, treats, a doggy ice cream and our newly introduced, Kingston dog walking map.
We very rarely require a deposit, but if we do, it may be because you have pre ordered food, have a larger booking, or are booking a space during a busy period. If we do take a deposit from you, this can be refunded on the day of your booking once you have arrived or can be taken off of your final bill.
Again, this is something we use very rarely unless it is a busy period or our tables are in high demand! A pre authorisation does not take any money from your card, unless you fail to show up for your booking or you cancel with less than 24-48 hours notice.

We are only a 6 minute walk from Norbiton station.
Yes, most definitely! Just speak to our team and let them know and they will be able to tell you if there is time to come before to set up and when to bring the cake.
Yes we are, we have 2 entrances that are wheelchair accessible and we have a wheelchair accessible toilet.
No, however, we have plenty of lovely menus to choose from, just speak to a member of the team and they will send them across.
